What to include

• The email address of your CREWWIZE account.
• For a payment: the date, the amount, and the plan — CREW PRO, VOYAGE or APPLIANCE. We never need your card number, and will never ask for it.
• For a vessel: her name, and what you saw on the screen, in the words it used.

Cancelling a plan, asking for a copy of your data or having it deleted are all done by writing to the same address. The terms are on the terms of service page and how we handle your data on the privacy page.

Nothing aboard a vessel depends on this service: if the website is down, the boat's logbook, calls and crew list go on working.
